Refund & Returns Policy

At Whistle Stop Truck Stop, we take pride in delivering quality products and services to our customers. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for both physical merchandise and online orders.


🥘 Café & Food Purchases

All food and beverage sales from our café are final. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any food items once they have been served or taken off-premises.


📦 Merchandise Returns (Online & In-Store)

Eligible Items

We accept returns for non-food merchandise such as clothing, hats, mugs, and other general items, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of purchase or delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

🔁 Exchanges

We will gladly exchange eligible merchandise for a different size or product of equal value if available. Please email us first to confirm availability before shipping the item back.


💸 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🚚 Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at chris.scott@whistlestoptruckstop.ca with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll respond with instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item securely and include your order details inside the package

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.
